I was pulled in and passed everything beside the officer found a flat tire and he was nice about saying it happens,
Now he said just pull over get it fixed then you good to go.
My co-driver said that’s a violation and out of service and that will go onto my driving record PSP although I was giving no citation just the printed paper..

What to expect now and does it really gonna screw my record, I’m still new and I need all the help..

Did you get an Inspection Report that notes the flat tire? If there is any defect noted on the Inspection Report, you will get at least 1 PSP point. Some officers call it a "warning ticket" because there is no fine. If the violation is reported in an Inspection Report, it is NOT a no-harm "warning ticket". It's a PSP violation. When you get PSP points, they are counted at 3 times the violation points for the first 12 months. They they are counted at 2 times the violation points for the next 12 months. Then they are counted a 1 times the violation points for the next 12 months. If you never have any more PSP violations. 3 days from the date of this violation your record will be clean again. If you got points, it's not a big deal, it's not nothing, but not terrible. The lesson I learned the hard way is NEVER CROSS A SCALE WITH ANY VIOLATIONS.

It's more like a parking ticket on your record than an accident. It's not good, but you don't want anymore of them on your record.

Flat tire ? How can you miss a flat tire. When was the last stop you made ? Did you check all tires ? I have a habit of thumping all the tires anytime I’m stopped for anything. I check for leaks and tires regardless. I know….. it’s a bad habit.

You can check a tire, it's OK, and an hour later, the screw you picked up has evacuated all the air, leaving said tire kaput!

    Not that I’m aware of
But I got the tire fixed and he let me go,
The inspection paper said OOS tho but that’s about it, no citations..
Am really worried, this is really messed up I did the PTI no idea how that flat tire happened..

A screw most likely will give it a slow leak. If you blow the sidewall, you will feel it.
