Greetings to the seasoned hands out there,
I’ve got years under my belt and still going strong out of Dallas. Been around long enough to know that every run, every company, and every region brings its own set of lessons and that experience shared is experience multiplied.
I’m curious to hear from other experienced drivers:
What’s been working best for you lately regional, dedicated, or OTR?
Any companies out there still treating drivers with real respect and not just lip service?
With the industry shifting constantly, what adjustments have you made that have actually paid off
Not here to complain just looking to connect, share, and possibly learn a thing or two from those who’ve walked the long miles.

FAN - TAS - TIC question!!!
I have not driven with any of them -- but there are some threads here on the Forum that are carrier-specific...namely:
- Climate Express
- Fremont Contract Carriers
- Indian River Transport
I suspect that those carriers are doing an overall good job of treating their drivers as TRUE professionals -- in lieu of the usual "meat in the seat"....most elsewhere.
