Chelsea 488 pto not grounding!!

So the light comes on while you Slowly engage your pto but as soon as you release you foot on the clutch light goes out.

I tested it with a test light and it’s grounds for s second then looses ground.

I replaced the pressure switch thinking that was the issue but still having the same problem.

Pulled the shift cover off and it’s almost like the shift fork isn’t fully pushing down on the switch when you give it air

Anyone ran into this before?
