It's a good looking truck, I like the tilt hood, probably designed for a certain segment, like horse haulers, who want that extra cab room.
I think they will find out what Cat found out about having Navistar build you trucks. They build junk!

The GMC TopKick and Chevy Kodiak never had these problems.
