They have to work overnight in shifts to do this early or outsource it to companies that will do that. The unions will hold Chicago travelers hostage. They will only work overnight during the last stage for their bonus. No planning and a bunch half wits planning this. No wonder people are moving out of Chicago. God save Chicago
