Child support and truckers

So if you want to lower your child support, why bother even having kids in the first place?

 

He probably made the mistake that most men make... And because a lot of these women/single mothers have the power of the big daddy state behind them they come after us for unreasonable amounts of money... You heard it... They still buy the kids things when they're with them.. most of that money you pay doesn't go to the kid...

Shame on any court that chooses one parent over the other to be the "custodial" parent and makes the other parent into a slave to support the custodial parent to the point where they have to work five weeks out of six on the road to survive and maintain a home for the kids for the one week out of six they are home. F these kangaroo courts and the laws that promote anything other than joint custody.

 

My youngest will be paid in full next month.

 

But let's be honest, are they really ever fully paid in full? I remember asking my mom for cash up into when I was married and on my own

 

I understand that completely, is it fair no not in the least. My problem is fathers who will go to the ends of the world to avoid paying. I know that not all mother's are wise with the child support . That's where it falls on the father to document all proof of misconduct for the courts.

 

My sister in law has a child from her first husband, real dirt bag, threw her down the stairs while she was 9 months pregnant. Their daughter Alysha is now 18, and he's not paid anymore than 2 or 3 years of child support, anytime they start taking it from his check, he quits his job till they force him back to work, he will work for a couple of months, then quit again, the mom had begged him to just relinquish his parental duties and she would drop the request for support but he refused to
