When I lived in TN, the judge ruled I pay 21% of my pay for one child. Wasn't based on a set amount, only 21% of whatever I made. I paid much more anyway that wasn't documented just to make the childs life a little better under the circumstances.

That makes a lot of sense, steal the guys source of income which makes it impossible for him to make child support.

Texas based it on what I made last year, divided it by in think 20% and it ends up being a weekly deduction of $140.77. That's support and insurance.

Well I'm not a ex but the children I have custody of father don't want to support his children.they is his responsibility he work out of Texas and I would like to know how it work down there I live in Ohio and he pay like cow #### in the road

Yes trucking is feast and famine. If the child support set by the state is not met eventually the CDL is yanked among other problems.
I am not here to worry about the particulars between you two and children. But the general idea is there what is possible against the Person who owes any child support. This will probably last until the child is 18 or is emancipated or some other issue. -
I think a few of my hairs went grey just reading this thread.
