Easy six hour day today. Ran 390 miles. Only have 21 minutes left on my 70. Start getting recap hours back at midnight, so I just plan to keep on rolling!
I've got a live unload and a live load tomorrow in Baltimore. Then I'm headed to Ohio and then down to Florida. Got lucky on the Ohio and Florida loads, both are paying over $2.00 a mile. Will bring in over $3000 in revenue for 3 days of work! Nice......
Ran through some light snow here in Western Virginia, but roads are in great shape. We'll see how the weather holds out.
Hope everyone finishes off the week strong!

Long 13 hr day. Up at three am to fight the traffic into Washington DC. Arrived way early (my plan due to traffic) for my live unload. Got unloaded two hours early, then drove 30 mins cross town for my live load. Took them literally 20 mins to put eight pallets in the back weighing 7100 lbs. Got out of dodge and drove 300 of the 360 miles to my drop and hook in Zanesville OH. Stopped at the rest area on I 70 just over the Ohio border. Man, was my first time taking I 68, was so glad I was light! Hills and curves for days!
Time to unwind, maybe some Walking Dead.....
    Peace.....

I download them to my laptop when I go home. I can also stream them on the road if I want. I currently have up to last Sunday's episode.

The only reason to take i68 west is if you are going somewhere in wv or if you need to get to i64 west into kentucky. Other than that I'd avoid it like the plague. I hauled a load of rolls from Baltimore harbor to near Lexington ky, something tells me that's the run she got lol
