Managed to wake myself up this morning and drive the whopping 5 miles to my live unload. Get to the place and it looks deserted. No cars in parking lot, weeds all grown up everywhere, etc. Drive around back and discover a Schneider company driver parked back there waiting. Pull up next to him and ask what's up. He says he just got off the phone with the company and this is an unmanned warehouse. The man who is coming to unload us is out delivering and will be back shortly. So I shoot the shizit with Lenny for a while, nice guy, and an hour later the guy shows up to unload us. Lenny let's me go first since he only has to drive another 185 miles and do a second live unload, but not till tmrw morning! So it takes the guy about 30 minutes to unload me and I'm on my way. Referred Lenny to my lease rep, we'll see.
Drive the 30 miles down to Lebanon TN for my d/h and start driving back up to IN. Drive about 200 miles and call it a day. Got all day tmrw to drive the remaining 180 miles to deliver this load since my next preassignment is a live load on Thursday morning at Michigan city, 100 miles from my d/h tmrw. Should make for an easy day. Maybe they can load me a day early, I'll call tmrw and ask.
That's it...... Sitting at the Love's at exit 16 on I-65 in IN.

    Another pathetically short day today......
Awoke and drove the 159 miles to my D/H at Wabash. Was cool seeing some brand new Schneider trailers sitting in the yard. So shiny. So virginal. So not able to hook up to one and just take it!
I did manage to snag a TA149XXX series trailer as an empty out of there. Was feeling pretty good about myself until I got on I-65 and got passed by another IC who had a TA150XXX series! So much for thinking I was the shizit!
Called my ICA to see if I could get loaded today instead of waiting for my 9 am live load tmrw. No go, customer does not have product until they make some more tonight. They did say I was welcome to come at 7 am instead of 9. Whoopee!
So I drove 100 of the 120 miles up to my live load in the morning. Sitting at the Peelot on I-94 exit 22A in IN.
Now what the heck am I gonna do all afternoon?!?!? :biggrin_25518:

500 mile 14 hour day. Live load, 5 hr drive, d/h 5 times cause the customer doesn't have a yard dog, drive 2 hrs, d/h, drive 2hrs.
    Whew....night!

600 miles today. Three hr drive to my d/h, 1 hr bobtail to my next d/h, then 5 hrs across I 80 towards the house. 1550 miles to go to the house!
I also took my truck to Goodyear today and had a machine alignment done and the front wheels balanced. Tech was really cool and took me all around my truck teaching me about things. I actually think the truck is riding worse now then when I took it in. I'll give it till I get home to see what happens.
    That is all....

    91B20H8 and mickimause Thank this.

What did they adjust to correct that wear on the right rear drive axle?

Tech said my bearings need adjusted on my rears. That's what is causing that abnormal wear. Nothing to do with the alignment, it was good.

Adjust the rear end bearings Hmm OK. Did he say which one? How often do you rotate the drives?
