Well you guys helped me make up my mind I just put in my app and got the call back, they are running my DL and will let me know if I am approved. (NOTHING on my DL and CSA is like -35) no worries. now just need to get a truck and off to green bay I go.
freightwipper and 91B20H8 Thank this. -
I have been reading the many threads and I to am considering the Schneider lease. Just an observation while driving the last 2 days; I have noticed some T 680's with wheel covers on the drives and also these same trucks had the standard black tank skirting vice the painted skirts. Is this the new norm for the IC lease?
-
If your seeing wheel covers, those are prolly company trucks, look for the road swish on the hood and doors, that would confirm it
-
There are a few, small few T-680 company trucks but they are the stripped down version.91B20H8 Thanks this.

Man I just checked and its more like 1.18 here now its so sad. got the call yesterday have the ok to haul freight now tomorrow talking with finance department. I love that the info he wants to go over is from an ATBS profit plan. oh ya I have been using ATBS for over 2 years now so I know how to read it. lol
-
$1.18 with fuel surcharge!!?!!?!? Man you're getting swindled by swift. I've gotten loads going WEST out of North York twice for $1.50 all miles or more and that's with Schneider getting their 35%
Tomorrow I'm doing a load going 84 miles paying $424 dollars all miles I'm looking at 115 miles at $3.69
Revenue after fuel costs factors to be about $380 on that load.
At $1.18 you'd have to drive 500 miles to earn about the same after fuel costs lol.
That's how bad $1.18 is.tazman74 Thanks this.
