How does it get that deep before you catch it?

 

There just playing the brokers game in reverse. Ask for a billion settle on some millions.

A billion is a lot. No one could count to a billion before they die. They are talking about only a section of companies that total several hundred thousand loads. ( This would pretty much cover the overwhelming evidence segment I'd think ). I mean at $1,000 a load, that's $200,000,000.00

I'm sure it's more than a few hundred thousand. Considering there a multi billion dollar company. 8m sure were talking millions, also we dont no fat far back there going. 1 years or past decade or more? Either way ask for a billion, settle for millions? Juries have been onow to hove out crazy settlement amounts.

BP's bills for the Gulf Oil disaster was in the tens of billions. And they are still around.

This is good. I will be following this and I'm sure it has already sent a message to other brokerages that they are a target as well.

Everyone look for broker's to start saying "we need you to complete a packet, you haven't hauled for us since..." And the new packet will have a waiver to sue broker's over greedy profits
