Had a tall mirror cap that kept falling off and stuck it back on with a tube of silicon caulk. stayed on as far as I know.

Clear silicon caulk or 100mph tape, I've noticed without my chrome mirror covers my truck doesn't perform as well. So you definitely need to get that fixed lol
