This is what you want, everything else will just smear the nicotine around and is a waste of money.

It is odorless and I recommend you wear rubber gloves.

“TSP stands for trisodium phosphate, which is a heavy-duty general purpose cleaner located at most hardware stores. TSP is an effective cleanser that is safe for walls, woodwork, and floors. It will not only remove the smell of smoke off of your walls but any stains that may have been left due to heavy smoking as well.”

You can clean and scrub all you want. You cant get behind most of the interior is the issue. It will still seep out. You may not notice and get used to it but as stated above someone who doesn’t ride in the truck will be able to tell.

I had an apartment and it was the same way. Smelled fine when I moved in. Over time my clothes had a weird odor. When I moved out I noticed it much more.

I'm real sensitive to smoke as well. I can't deal with it. I don't know if you ever get rid of it. Like said it is in everything on the truck. The best you can do is santicize everything you can. Then use something to mask it so you don't smell the smoke.

Reminds me of when I was a kid. My Dad would always use TSP in water to wash the walls and ceiling in the kitchen before painting.

    Yes this.

I won't buy or drive a truck that has been smoked in.

When parked, roll your windows down and let the air do its thing. Also, you'll need some baking soda. Open the box(es) and set them behind your seat, or by your bed at night. It's a natural odor eliminator. If you get in a routine of maintaining the inside cleanliness of the inside of your truck, the smell will pass. Your air fresheners or whatever your scents are will take over eventually. It ain't a quick fix but eventually it does diminish.

Less than $100 can get you one of those Little Green Machines and you can steam clean everything. I’d say that’s your best bet.
