Does anyone know what could possibly be going wrong? I have a dd15 with 3509 fmi 4, 3609 fmi4 and 3610 fmi 4. I inspected the harness but it is good. I would really appreciate if someone can guide me what to look for.

Thanks, I looked up the codes and Yes it is a Freightliner. The code orignally were saying that doc inlet pressure sensor and outlet pressure sensor circuit fail. I replaced ACM but no luck as diagnosed by a mechanic. Then he changed the inlet pressure sensor and boom the codes went away. I did a parked regen but this time again got 3610 fmi 2 which means dpf outlet pressure sensor- plausibility. Now the mechanic is recommending to change that sensor. So done with this emission systems. i have spent more than $2000 in last 1 month.

Same here. Have been chasing 3610 fmi 2 for months. Have replaced Box 1, DPF, wiring harness, def lines, doser, etc. Anyone else have any ideas?

We thought we did. Replaced another sensor and everything was fine for about a week....the 3610 once again a couple days ago. Just replaced the inlet pressure sensor as it’s literally the only thing left of the old system....it is entirely new now....

Something tells me it’ll be back in the shop next week. We’ve lost 9 weeks of running so far....

We have replaced batteries recently actually. The inlet sensor seems to be helping but it took a couple weeks last time before it came on so fingers crossed but I’m not convinced just yet. I’ll update post after a month or so and some regens.

    uncleal13 and Drod1928 Thank this.
