CIT Truck in Normal Illinois

    We broke down in Normal Illinois, had our International towed to Cit Trucks there. They didnt fix ANYTHING on the truck, they decided it needed to be towed to the International place up the road from them. But they STILL charged almost $300.00!!!! Bethany was very nice and tried to help- she said she talked to the service manager- but he refused to adjust the bill. We arent asking for something for nothing, i just feel like almost $300.00 for NOT fixing it or doing ANYTHING to it is ridiculous.... I will be posting anywhere i can about them!!!!

    Sounds like they "diagnosed" the problem and decided it was beyond their expertise and sent it to the dealer for repairs. They are charging for their time spent messing with it. Next time, ask if the repair shop is qualified to do all repairs. If no, go elsewhere.
