    I have a 2008 international prostar and I can't find where is my city horn so that I can replace it can someone help me.

    I have a Volvo, and it is tucked into the frame rail. So you may need to do some real searching.

    bolted to the front xmbr as what heavyd said unless someone hit them then they wont be there. The air horn is also in that locatio
