Where'd you get the ticket, and what is your state of residence ?
-
I know for a fact that CDL holders cannot get any kind of supervision or traffic school reduction on any moving violation in neither Indiana nor Illinois.
Check with your state's license issuing authority.
As to the second part of your question, why lie? If you do get the violation removed from your record, state that on the application.
Sure I've BS'd a time or two to increase my chances of getting a job, but I sure sleep a lot better at night when I'm honest. -
Technically, nationwide it is no longer permitted to attend a driving school to take care of CDL tickets.
That said, it happens everyday........... -
