Class action papers Hireright

Got a thing in the mail the other day. I'm joining. I don't expect to get much of anything. I just want to see hireright get flushed down the tubes

 

I am for anything that makes Hire Right go away.

 

I got a postcard thing that you have to send in but they want last 4 of your social so forget that crap.

 

Now now, if they want the last 4, they already know what it is.

I sent mine in. I could care less about the money, Im much more interested in learning what specifically was withheld.

 

Just a quick word to any of you that may be planning to dance on the hireright/DAC grave. You can expect a truck driver database of some kind to come into being. These databases put all the information in one place to check into a drivers history. Of course this new database will have to have some kind of appeal process to remove false information or errors and set up a system to make sure that if a driver has controverted their reasons for leaving a carrier any new company can see it has been controverted and the history of the process of either disallowing it or not. However you drivers that are trying to hide reckless actions and legit negative information are not going to like this.

 

Not worried about them having it but has to go thru mail handlers and sorters.
