Just wondering are any trucking companies receiving cleaning invoices for the inside of the containers? Are any drivers being passed on this charge?
If so, is anything being done that you know of regarding this issue?
Should motor carriers be responsible for old stains on the floor when we can not inspect the containers when they are pulled from the ports, or rails when they are loaded?
Would appreciate any help.
