Yep, at any scale house or on the shoulder for a small fee. Just kidding. As far as I know there is not. Some of the leal jargon is very confusing to some, even me. There have been times I have to read it three or four times to understand it.

I say truckers strike until demands are met!!
-
You wont have to worry about a strike. There wont be enough of us left for it to matter after 2010 kicks in
gearjammer-2000 and dieselbear Thank this. -
You will starve to death with that tactic. Since when did anyone listen to a trucker. Not as long as I have been around it. Even when my old man and uncle were running hard back in the day, no one cared that could make a difference. -
Check with JJ Keller. They used to have a "plain English" version of the FMCSA!
JustSonny Thanks this. -
just go over the handbook a few times its not that confusing :smt120
JustSonny Thanks this. -
I went over it several times, but even as heavy as I was (79 and some change) it didn't help me understand some of the crap.

Thanks, RTO! I looked them (JJ Keller) up. The English version is $3.89. I'll get it comin' ASAP. I want to check with Barnes & Noble first though, now that I know about JJ Keller.
