    I don't care. Post what you want. You're the one that can't read and get irate cause you think a shipper taking forever to load isn't the shippers fault. You speak without any knowledge of what you are even talking about. You're the one that is "ignorant". Nobody but you said anything about changing ways shippers do things. I am still rolling, while you are not. So, I would say you are far more ignorant than I ever will be.

    So to recap, Mr. Knowitall, if the rated freight bill showed no detention, the rate con showed no detention, etc. who is to blame for that? You are blaming the carrier. If they couldn't get it out of the broker, they couldn't get it. All while saying the shipper isn't at fault for their extreme load times? I can see why you aren't anything now. Now find something productive to do rather than run your mouth on an old post, maybe?

    I have picked up loads at CLopay for many years; they have to hand-load the whole trailer, there are no palletized loads, and all gage door segments are loaded by hand, so 9 hours is not uncommon. If it is a brokered load, where they do not have the trailer on site ahead of time, then it becomes a live load and can take many hours. Since I work for a contract-based based and we keep empties onsite, I usually have no wait, but brokered loads are different and it takes a while to hand load (and unload) a trailer. SOunds to me like the broker and your carrier did not know the reality of the load.
