Have to correct my statement, after watching that a few more times; it appears that the landing gear caught the cable. Either way it's.good that a head on collision was avoided!

Kinda like a carrier landing, where the tail-hook catches the cable.
Without that, it would have been a head-on at 60.
Looks like the median driver cut the steers angle to bring cab out of danger zone.
You're supposed to stop to render aid, but what aid could shoulder driver give?
Both guys did the right thing, and a disastrous crash was avoided.
Now just wait for the towman.

    Cabinover101 Thanks this.

I don't blame the guy for not stopping. With roads that icy you're a target for a ####### to plow into you.

    Roberts450 and Cabinover101 Thank this.

I just did the 50 quick replay trick - and it appears the cables caught on the front axle,
on passenger side and turned (Yanked) this guys cab out of harms way for him.
    The steers were straight.
    My mistake.
Turned by the hand of God.

    Cabinover101 Thanks this.

Yeah I said the landing gear caught the cable, it was the other way around, the cable caught the landing gear... He was a carrier...and he landed
