in our daily lives, there are more hit &runs, more people driving with out a valid license, more people driving with out insurance, or a stolen car, or unsafe cars.

they could give a flip, it's all about them.

Man that is scary. Shows u what our tow truck drivers and first responders deal with everyday then we wonder why interstates are getting shutdown with 1 snowflake falling. All those police and other people that was running, was so close to being killed by that truck. Good thing them officers was trained to keep their head on a swivel

I dunno, maybe. Article says the truck was sideswiped by an SUV, forcing him over, and didn't mention charges for the rig. The video seems to begin late enough in the action that it's hard to tell.

and if it weren't for the ignorance of so many, "move over" laws, would not have been enacted. and yet, still to this day, not everyone moves over, or slows down. nor slows down in bad weather...everyone thinks they are "safe drivers", or "good drivers".

you retest 100 % of all licensed drivers in just America alone, and i'll be dollars to donuts only about 25% would pass.

someone else posted this, same story and the video clearly shows the trucker going way too fast, had he slowed down, he might have avoided the SUV, so in my book, he's at fault....driving too fast for conditions.

You can see the SUV pull into the truck path and start the accident. It still looks like the truck was going WAY to fast. Even if the SUV was not their you can see all the cars and stuff still on road. I don't think that truck could have stopped even to avoid all the other traffic still on the road.

You set your speed for the conditions. If he could only see 2 seconds ahead he should have been going way slower. It’s the truckers fault clearly.

Just before SUV side swiped the truck and he He come out of the fog to see the traffic in the road. I don't think he could stop to avoid the RV or car in the road if wanted to.
