Look at all these burger flippers turned truckers.
Whats next a “best flip flop for the truckstop” addendum?

Well to each his own ..
I like the way I do it .. but then again I really don't grill alot of burgers .. If Iam firing up the grill it's for Ribeyes or T bones & Crown Royal.... I'am 100% sure you would not approve of the way I do those steaks
Thank You for the red meat & grilling lesson .. this is all new to me

Culinary skills can certainly be taken under consideration after the shop is closed, which is what the thread is about.

I use use a charcoal grill with a temperature gauge in the cover ... I light the grill let it burn down to about 160°.. put them on grill put some pepper on them..... walk to the kitchen refresh my tall.glass of Crown & 7up.. walk back out flip the steaks .. wait for the outer color of the steaks to change from blood red to dark pink .. and the pull them off
I like my meat rare ... very rare

Going to have to contribute to the problem. Plan used to be park the truck and chill at home when rates dropped a little. I didn't plan on missing being out on the road so much. This is bull ####.

Edit: only use garlic salt on burgers.
