Clutch no longer disengaging?

    10-4 on broken springs in clutch. Hence the noise when clutch is disengaged.

    UPDATE!!!

    To my astonishment, the clutch brake was MISSING ENTIRELY. Like it was not there at all. And this is a single piece clutch brake that went missing!

    I had one foldable clutch brake on shelf and put it in. Thanks to ALL for your help, I learned a lot.
