clutch noise in idling

    hi guys i have problem with my brand new clutch just put it 2 weeks a go
    so the problem is after i drive like couple miles and truck get worm up some noise from clutch or transmission is coming up like knocking noise
    only when is in idling and that noise is never same some time louder some time is wherry low
    everything else is shifts good pulls good no problem at all accept that knocking noise
    truck is volvo d12 10 speed fuller eaton
    pleas help if someone had the fix

    Does the sound go away when you lightly put pressure on the clutch? If so then possibly the clutch release bearing is worn and should of been replaced.

    The mechanics hang out in the Volvo Garage forum. ;)

    I agree with Condodruiser, when you put pressure on the clutch and it goes away have a look at the release bearing. Sometimes the Fuller boxes have a bit of of a growl at very low idling speed. If you rev it up a bit and it goes away is usually a countershaft bearing inside the box.

    well if I press the clutch at list half way down noise is going to go away
    but yes if I increased idling speed little bit I don't hear the noise anymore
