Yep,that's what I figured too) I believe those bearings and shaft were installed while cab wire harness and dash wasn't in there. Huge pain and never again

That's exactly what I did. With the linkages disconnected the pedal itself doesnt go up and has heavy friction in the bearings. When I got everything apart I wiggled the pedal and the shaft and found some play in bearings like 2-3 32nds while new bearing doesnt have any play at all. So I'm pretty sure the problems in there. Plus o changed the clutch and kit 4 month ag

There is a spring hidden there that goes through a hole drilled in the lever that pulls the rod that goes through the floor to the bell crank at the bottom of the firewall. The other end of the spring hooks over a plate that covers the bottom of the steering column near the floor. This spring breaks and then the pedal does not come all the way to the top. Its a real pain to replace.

I appreciate your answer but the spring was replaced by dealer along with 2 under cab shafts.

So today I was working on truck and got an oscillating saw, dremel worh me and was about to cut the shaft out))) buuut to my luck I discovered 2 small tiny screws that were looking like plugs due to a lot of dust. I cleaned them and uncrewed (t10 I think). They were holding a cover that is above the shaft and bearings . After removing that top cover I was able to unbolt 2 bearings what the shaft going through(4 bolts, not easy but real:)) then i was fighting with the shaft itself - not easy to get it out either) but somehow i did it and then at the very end I was able to get the pedal and the shaft out all in one piece. I made a pic of what I was fighting with and didn't know what to do. Also marked those 2 screws and the cover which was covering everything not letting me do anything. So may be it will help some one in future.

Also I made few pics of whole old clutch pedal assembly and of new parts. On the old parts you can see how much dust was in there and I believe that was the problem why pedal was siezing. Old bearings moves hard(because of the layers of dust in them) while new ones moves completely freely
