clutch problems

Possibly worn, linkage, not greased, lack of grease

 

You getting old !

 

We see right thru your plot. Your Pre explaining why your next truck is a slot-oh-matic.

 

Shouldn’t need the clutch to shift gears anyway. If your talking about going into gear it’s probably the clutch brake needing adjusted. Or, the entire clutch is worn out and needing replaced.

 

Because your Clutch plate damper springs Have broken and are now jammed up in your pressure plate causing the clutch Pedal to be stiff and the clutch to not release.

 

Here’s a picture of one with broken and missing damper springs

 

I had 2 spings break, pedal was fine, but vibrated like crazy. Excellent pictures and description

 

what is this grease you speak of? Is it required for To drive truck? Can I use it without getting my flip flops dirty? $4 a tube is half a day pay I don’t know if I can swing that..........
