    Just do your thing and it all will work out. Don't know your situation, but as long as he is not endangering you or others on the road, what happens in the truck stays in the truck.

    Your logs and your co-drivers logs should match.

    I don't get what you mean by writing himself in early and out later.

    If you are in the same truck, your time and his time should be the same.

    Do you work by the hour and do things around the yard when you are not driving?

    If you guys are co-drivers and he gets "loads of extra hours", it sounds like someone in payroll is "asleep at the wheel".
