OK, I'm gonna get trained by crst, and have a question for anyone who's worked for them.

If my co-driver sucks (refuses / tries to refuse loads, wants to spend more time sitting in diners than driving, isn't safe to drive with), does to company work with you and let you get a new person to drive with that's not risking your life, or causing you to get less money in your paycheck?

Yes..they will work with you. But all that means is they will give you a list of drives in your area that also jneed co drivers. It is your responsibility to call them and decide whether you want to team. They won't just randomly assign you a co driver

So that's actually good. I can talk to these guys before agreeing to get on a truck with them.
