Above average. Higher than most Loads. Yes I did not want to go there cause of low paying loads, lack of in the pass. But with a good Boss looking out for me I'm comfortable. Plus the load I took in paid more than most Flatbed loads I hauled when I was with Great Wide.

no hes not saying anything. ever if he did i doubt it ppaid much overr a buck.
i hauled in maryland last week. i got a buck a mile coming out of delaware going to chicago. that made me mad enough butiknew what it was going to be. i got over $2mi on 2200mi going in. and $2700 on 1800 mi back west after. somy average was still something like $1.70/mi.
if you want to brag and talk crap about me then letsback it up with rates.....

Well MM I do not know what gotten up you rear but seems like your cause many problems with some other folks. So why bother trying to reason with you. Like trying to reason with a Wall. All I know is I am doing fine right now. And Happy with what going on. I not a rookie like you think so All I'll say is Shove it.

Taking a Low paying load your self, and you want criticize me. As I said I am making money, and I am happy with what I am getting. Yes I would love higher pay, but until America Wakes up and Clean out the White House with people who has a Clue, it not going to get much better, and if it does it'll be short lived. So I am making do with what I am getting, by adapting and adjusting.

Glad it's workin' for ya Coastie...

That sounds like a good way to keep on keepin' on in the owner operatin' world. I'd add to "check six" every once in awhile, makin' sure there's not someone getting ready to help you eat your lunch too. Might be a good time to start thinking about Plan B - just so it's there if you need it!

    Good luck dude!

Friday I was told something I really liked. I always wanted to run Coast to Coast. I am finally getting it. But first I need to get this 5 stopper off and then get home to get my tag.

I have been hearing about a new web based gps product that utilizes the drivers cell phone for tracking on Satellite radio.

From what I recall the advert claims the tracking function can be turned off when not needed but does allow Owner ops to qualify for more high value loads by offering the tracking.

Kinda too late for you Coastie (seeing they already drilled into your dash) but maybe this info will help others. Perhaps someone else can actually remember the name of the company and post it.

On a side note I have been following your thread for a while and must congratulate you for sticking with it this long. :biggrin_25514:
