Actually, there are 6 or 7 scientific studies that show the health benefits of coffee, but most of them also vary by the amount you should drink 3 to 4 cups max), and regular caffeinated coffee is better than decaf. Also, plain black coffee is better for you than adding cream or sugar.

I quit sugar decades ago, in coffee.
I don't use salt on anything and if I taste it in a meal, I shove the plate away and just skip that meal.

I salt things before cooking, otherwise don't use it.

one study, "coffee bad, bad for you"

another study, "pizza bad, bad for you"

another study, "seafood bad, bad for you"

like New England weather. "wait 5 minutes and the studies will change".

i drink my coffee black since about 20 years of age, and that's decades now..

occasionally i drink it with cream only, if i buy from Micky D's, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Honey Dew donuts...Tim Hortons coffee..??

well, after the first time buying a Tim Hortons coffee.........i never went back to that disgusting coffee or donut shop again, and thankfully, they are out of New England..!!

I had the Dunkin Donuts coffee once. That's the only place I've ever been where the donuts and the coffee taste the exact same. Never had that coffee again.

i seek out those other places before i end up at a Dunkin, to be honest.....Dunkin's stuff is way higher in prices....and the donuts are way smaller than Honey Dew...which Honey Dew is more of a smaller local donut shop in only a few New England states

Owned by the siren of Seattle for a while, now owned by Nestle. Before all this ownership swaps, it was a good product. Definitely was not over roasted.
