Hi I'm a college student doing a project involving food service distribution in the US and Canada. I have a few questions that maybe ya'll can help me with.
1) What difficulties does a truck driver face when crossing the border? (Specifically from Buffalo/Detroit into Ontario)
2) How does Canada feel about bring American food products across the border?
3) How does the difference in trucking regulations between the US/Canada affect you?
4) What other differences have you experienced in driving in the US and Canada?
I'm primarily interested in talking to those of you who deliver products to fast food or casual restaurant chains. If you could tell me what company you work for as well as what and who you deliver to, that would be amazing. Any other input would be greatly appreciated as well.
