I was only being funny with police brutality remark. I do agree, more common sense should be utilized there.

 

Wow,, that's terrible. All 3 should be fired. You can hear the train horns as Vasquez and the female officer chat while searching the car, and they just ignore it. After cuffing her the first order of business should have been moving the vehicles forward away from tracks before searching the car, DUH!!!

If the lawsuit payouts should come from the police pension funds , instead of from the taxpayers who didn’t do anything wrong , things might change .

 

I like how cops nowadays have more nasty gangster prison tattoos then the people they harass and kill.

 

AND then after the “accident” they are still searching her truck to charge her with something. Unbelievable!
