From what I read the company gave an exact route to follow. But no matter what he was the captain of that ship. No matter the language barrier that should not have existed.

 

that remains to be seen in any civil action against the company.

i would hope so, and bury them, but we just have to wait.

or maybe they will be held blameless, since he jumped in the truck, and drove off, meaning he took full responsibility of it's condition.

maybe that alone will wake up and shake up other drivers out there, to refuse to drive any such truck(s) until they are fixed...????

He could have gone the opposite direction and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off his route like that one moron hauling a way oversized load through Nashville, who hit an overpass because "it was too low."

 

FMCSA Safer says the company MC# is inactive.
So, they closed up that company and started under a new MC#?
Would any insurance company even write a policy for them, if they connected the dots to associate them to the now defunct company?
