So now it's Tracy's fault for not flying?? From Dover?? You're being serious?

How is that karma? Karma would be his kid being killed by a drunk driver or something not realizing you've messed up in the past and have somebody drive for you. I'm all for waiting for the facts too but some of these responses make my head spin

While this is unfortunately true in today's modern world I would say the NJTPK is probably one of the most dangerous highways since it has the highest population density outside of Washington DC. It's a total mess, I'm glad I don't live there.

When you drive a truck overweight, or you are over your hours and in that time it results in a death you're at fault. While it might not be Morgans fault for not flying he does have an option to fly his private jet, which could have prevented this horrific accident. And, why not investigate the engine computer on his van or other electronic tattle tales? and then see if his chauffeur was speeding and shouldn't have been a mile or so up the road.

I trust the police a hell of a lot more than a bunch of truckers, and with good reason. They ain't called "Trucker Stories" for nothing....

They will, they will own all vehicles involved as they try to reconstruct. There is very little that can be done when you rear end somebody. In Texas it's automatically your fault in a rear end collision UNLESS you have a time stamped video showing someone locking the brakes in front of you.

Walmart and the driver are going to hang for this in the court of public opinion and Walmart will get out the check book to quiet this down as soon as possible. The PR damage at the retail level will cost a whole lot more if this is allowed to fester and drag on.

Can you say BP oil spill ? Same idea.

Tracy morgan couldnt pass a drug/alcohol test any month. Sober wally world driver plows into his sprinter, that's karma.
New employer and 1 of the best company driving jobs. Driver had a brain fart, toxicology will be clean and tracy won't live to see the civil suite judgment.

How is this karma? Lots of comedians/bands/etc tour on these busses, it's usually paid for by the promoter.
