comedian Tracy Morgan hurt in bus/truck crash

I read that too, but because I don't have facebook I couldn't comment on Huffington Post but I am writing an email to the writer.

 

Why not trust those who prove to be trustworthy? why such hostility towards truckers? you are a trucker after all..aren't you?

 

I would look more at "if" the chauffeur was speeding, and/or he was hoped up on cocaine.

 

Truckers first, all others,.. second. Victims can be there own worst enemy at times. "If" for example I jump off a bridge am I the 'victim' ?..yes I am. But whose fault was it?

 

This is awesome. No 2 truckers will ever agree on anything.

 

Here's another possible scenario everyone has been overlooking..what if Morgan couldn't make enough people laugh that fateful night? ..and went into a rage taking his anger out on his chauffeur who turned and did some lines of cocaine to calm down..

Then Morgan keep yelling at him on the turnpike which in turn caused him to speed up to 100mph, cut in front of the truck which resulted in the van being struck and overturned? Will there be drug testing for these so called 'victims' (?) ..or will it be just the truck driver?

I agree, there is always the idiot that pulls right out in front of you and then stops and throws the left directional on waiting to turn. Its either a rearend collision or put it off the shoulder. Sure go right ahead officer, ill take the blame

 

I firmly believe in until proven guilty--&feel everyone needs to wait for full investigation etc....But there are a couple facts some of you children #### well better get straight in your heads if you plan on doin this fir a living/-rear end someone you are at FAULT! Done over end of story--you've been taught this since your 1st driver ed class---now w/bdashcams--you might get a shot if it shows being violently breakchecked for no reason--therefore possible insurance fraud---which is a hot button issue right now
So while all yall r figutin the in/outs&playing Philly jailhouse lawyers.....take a lesson from it...Keep your head in the game---keep your wits about you---increase your following distances---scan further etc etc....
This should never have happened--a truly professional driver in that neck of the woods--on Friday nite--close to bar time w/constant nightime roadwork--would have NEVER let themselves get into that situation...argue all you want defend all you want--doesn't matter....
If he was 1/4 the driver some of yall make him out to be Never would've happen--sure there been a wreck--but he'd watched it happen from 100 yes back....
But whadda I know--I've only managed to do this for 40 years w/out scratching anything.....
Oh and for all this backing up a brother ######## what is this a1% bike club now?
Just cuz someone gets paid to hang on to a steering wheel--he/shes no kin Ta me---they act proper I'll do Anything possible to help
Act like a #### head and pull a bonehead maneuver and I witness it--I'll personally throw you under a moving bus--then report you and testify Against you in court with pleasure

 

The only thing I dont get is why they were so quick to hang this guy without doing a full investigation. Sounded like it was pretty much right on the spot. Compared with the locomotive engineer on the Metro North train last december that nodded off while doing 82 mph around a 30 mph curve resulting in 4 fatalities and 59 injured. The engineer never did any jail time and wasnt charged with any crimes which I believe they attributed it to sleep apnia. Not saying I agree with that outcome, Im just saying this driver deserves a fair trial and investigation first.
