    You would think. That is why you don't believe everything you read. If he was an hour over, some night dispatcher could have missed that but if it was 24 hours straight I don't see how it could be missed. I have used elogs and it is possible to forget to change your status. I have done it. Now he can't edit drive time. My bet is he never changed his status. Got sleep. Did legal 10. Our qualcomms had it to where if we drove more than 2 miles at 15 mph we were automatically switched to driving. Don't know how walmarts ate programmed.

    Our Walmart trucks will automatically switch to driving if you go above 15 mph or move more than 1 mile from the last location you stopped driving. Company policy does state a driver is prohibited from switching from driving to any other duty status and proceed to drive the truck slower than 15 mph in an effort to fool the computer and save driving or on-duty time.

    So when your at a dc will it kick you on driving if your under 15 but drive more than a mile?

    If I'm not mistaken, the 1 mile is distance from point of origin, not motoring around in a small area racking up tenths.
