That's the law they are prosecuting him on whether or not it sticks that's up for the courts to decide. Just because it involved a crack head first doesn't mean they can't apply it to someone who wasn't on crack.

Maggie's law has nothing to do with crack. It's strictly operating a motor vehicle after being awake over 24 hours. This is why you keep hearing this point being driven home. It gives the prosecution a reason to justify the charges

 

I don't understand why they keep calling it a limo. My first thought after seeing the wreck was," why was Tracy riding in the back of a package delivery van?"

 

I thought that too but maybe the inside looks like a limo.

Brings up an interesting thought: IF the management and dispatch were as abusive and threatening as his were in the video, shouldn't they be under arrest as well, because they were complicit in and accomplices in this accident?
