    its a RCA, you can get it at loves for like $16....I paid $35 at Best Buy :biggrin_25523:

    Its an amplified digital antenna, but you dont have to plug it in if you dont want more range (or dont have an inverter)

    no :biggrin_25513: YOU had a Analog Antenna...which in the U.S is now usless at of Last year. :biggrin_25522:

    In the U.S we now ONLY broadcast TV in Digital signal, so you either need a Digital Antenna AND a Converter box for a old Tube TV to work

    or

    Just a Digital Antenna if you Have a Digital TV

    And like a said they work just like a satilight, they work when aimed, then pick it up and move it, it will not work until reaimed, same with these and same with something big like a TRUCK moving in front of it

    Anyone know if you can hook up a digital antenna to a laptop and watch tv that way?

    I have my laptop, and don't really want to bring a tv with me.

    Yeah when it comes to laptops there are products out there that can do anything:

    [ame="http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Delectronics&field-keywords=usb+tuner&x=0&y=0"]http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Delectronics&field-keywords=usb+tuner&x=0&y=0[/ame]

    *weird, I cannot post a link to a product on this site* Must be a custom webmaster addon to block all product links. You can search Amazon for usb tuners.

    Yes AT it was analog. Worked great going down the road cause my wife would pick up the weather reports as we were driving. She would get pissed when she was watching a good program and we would drive out of range of the station and it would switch channels.

    I have a USB digital tuner for my laptop. Works just fine with local stations. The hard part will be rescanning for each new town. It will even record shows for later viewing on the hard drive.

    Slightly used but no longer pure. Has as many miles as a 1990's mack truck. Rubber is good and holds plenty of Air. does not blow when squeezed. A can of spray paint will make her your favorite. Careful only color that will not stick is Orange. But thats because its female. Parting out because bought a new model found in a lot that was cheap.

    zebcohobo, lostNfound and wicked Thank this.
