Coming back to a company after quitting

    the original question was "will they take me back since I quit on hometime" ? I worked fro many co's more than once. I left FFE on very bad terms the second time. 6 months later I get mailings and phone calls from their recruiter begging me to come back. (and I did) The reason you want to go back is because it's much easier to hire on with a co. you know

    Seeing how you're in Dallas, they probably won't just put it out there that they're looking for dedicated drivers. Those are probably the easiest positions to fill. It'll take a little initiative on your part to find those lanes.

    Just got a call for swift

    They said they have a dedicated trans or trams(couldnt understand him) out of dallas

    2100 miles a week(no touch freight) 45 cents plus an exta $200 if your on time for all deliveries


    has anyone ever heard of this route i havent

    Wow. Trans Am. Hey if they are paying I'm playing. I hear people say there is not a driver shortage it's low pay and companies cheating you out of miles, money, and especially in reefer, sitting and not getting paid.

    I've worked for several reefer companies and they all paid while sitting; loading or unloading.

    That's probably the best paying job TransAm has. The worst job they have is leasing a truck.
