I think the site offers an advanced search feature that lets you quickly find all occurrences (if any) of a given company in this specific thread. Even if it doesn't, I know there are ways to use Google for such searches (you limit the search to a specific web domain, etc.).Llamapotamus Thanks this.

If you dont want to be on camera, you cant go anywhere, theres cameras at intersections, in the stores, built into devices you watch (that now watch you back), your phone, plus the internet is also always listening. digital, facial recognition software is running all around you, your photo thousands of times per day. The one in the cab is inconsequential now days. My cousin was in an accident, and had the city traffic cam footage pulled, amazing detail. smile as you never know when your on camera.
If you want to test the company, never mind smelly idea -
That sounds pretty Orwellian…

Already here. Walmart andseveral grocert chains have cameras hidden in the shelf tags that scan your face when you pickup an item, walmart scans your face while your at the check out. way worse than you can imagine.
thru facial software you can be tracjed while driving down the street. Most intersections have mulitple cameras and mic's recording audio and video.broke down plumber, MidwestResident and Chinatown Thank this. -
Alan Ritchey has drivers' facing cameras, but while I was with Ritchey, I never changed a thing about my habits, I kept doing what I always did for over 60 years, never heard a word from safety. The cameras recorded audio too and I thought for certain they would come down on me for my vocal expressions toward a few drivers, but not a word. They did mount on the dash a mount for the phone in every truck. I must say that I said that I would never drive for a company that had cameras facing the drivers, but you know what, in over 60 years of driving for a "slew" of trucking companies, I rank Alan Ritchey as being # 1. Had it not been for the Post Office giving the mail route to freight brokers, I would still be with Alan Ritchey.
Lav-25 Thanks this. -
I drove one year for Alan Richie out of South Gate, They had the oldest most rundown equipment on the road. Did not even have proper keys to fit the tractors some with a million miles on them, real junk.I was going to say IMHO, but actually the the highest mileage, dirty tractors on the road. And There pay was not ant better than normal.
-
I respectfully disagree! The equipment that I drove was 1st class, top of the line. Most of the tractors were less than 2 years old, matter of fact, they were almost new. Only time I was delayed was because of a flat tire. Never had a mechanical breakdown. Never had a payroll issue and the dispatchers were super.
-
You can not disagree with the tractors I drove. maybe you did not have the same experience that I did. Never had a problem with payroll. But I never saw any tractor with less than 600K for miles on it.Rugerfan Thanks this.
