It's time consuming, but look through this thread and you'll find dozens of companies, but not necessarily in Tempe.

 

Facebook and Craigslist have trucker pages that run ads for drivers. Try both of those.

 

i just tried Navajo. they said only after 3 months during the last step. so I would need to find another company that will accept SAP, work for them for 3 months, quit, and then apply for Navajo. if that sounds idiotic to you, its because it is
