Companies That Allow Working Only On Friday , Saturday , Sunday ?

Hello friends. More specifically, I'm looking for the type of job that I can run loads when I am available basically Thursday night through Sunday early evening.

Would I be better suited looking instead at gig jobs on Craigslist ?

I don't want to sign on to a permanent schedule. I want to run loads probably 3 weekends every month.

Without owning my own truck and trailer, is this even feasible ?

I am located in Las Vegas , btw.

 

That's going to be tough. Maybe you can try Craigslist.

 

Go to the local trucking CO’s and try to sell it as part time weekend coverage. I don’t know if they still do or not but there was as place in alberta that had weekday long haul (california and back) and a separate set of drivers to do final destination localish on weekends (southern to central ab).

 

CDL temp services probably the only way to do that.
There's several of them that cover Las Vegas drivers.

Very true. And most drivers want to be home on the weekends
