I should make your thoughtful diagnosis easier. i am 5'9 weigh 180, ride bicycles regularly up to 50 mile distances, in fact I'm captain of our team. i work out daily, eat healthy, have BP of 120/80 don't smoke and only drink a little.

I guess you were able to see symptoms that my own doc wasn't aware of? I should call him now and let hiim know I'm on to him being a quack. A professional in the medical field has diagnosed me right over the internet...

i'm just one of those people who does not like doing anything medical that I do not need. the thought of trying to sleep with a bunch of crap hooked to me definitely seems like something I do not want or need.

I once had a lady tell me I had extra bones in my ankles and should have them removed. (no joke) Seems her doctor had found extra bones in her ankles and once they were removed her entre life was changed. it would do wonders for me too according to her. apparently if it helped her it would help anyone. funny thing, before the doctor mentioned it, she didn't have any issues with her ankles.

the power that doctors have is frightening to say the least.

 

yeah I know I should have no problem with it. It seems like some co's require it of every driver. if that is the case they are going to try and show a need for cpap just to pad their pockets. once it is on your med card I doubt if it is easy to remove. plus the fact that I have no desire to sleep with a monitor for a study.
