In the near future, I'll be able to return to the work force after having rotator cuff surgery. While my doctor may clear me for full duty, there still may be some weakness and soreness in the repaired shoulder.
With that said, I'd hate to waste my time, or the potential company's time by failing an HPE test during orientation.
I'm looking for companies that just do the basic drug screen/DOT physical/road test.
