I believe you can appeal items on your PSP or at least make a statement explaining what happened. I'd check into that.

I've worked for a couple smaller companies non which have ran a DAC report on me but all have ran a PSP report on me.
The PSP is only $10.00 and you or the company can get it instantly with the click of a mouse on the computer.

I read one time that your psp report only shows last five years of crash reports and 3 years of inspections. Not sure if that includes tickets.

The PSP report is your CSA. It only matters for 2 years to the companies. In 3 years it'll be gone.
Don't know about the crash reports though.
Where's that guy at that worked for JB HUNT when the bridge collapsed on him. I'd like to know how he's doing these days and what his psp says. -

Hate to bump this to the top again, but would a company such as asplundh run a PSP? They're not a carrier, so I don't think so, but I'm wondering. Got a job offer from them and now I'm all giddy lol
