    They are like a credit reporting agency. Whatever your previous companies report is what is on hireright. Accidents, work related issues, wether your eligible for re hire or not. If the previous companies dont report then there are no files. If your prospective company doesnt subscribe, then nothing to worry about. Like I said earlier, most mom and pop shops dont subscribe to hireright.
