Schneider does hire students,... call and talk to recruiter...

 

With the piss-poor pay rate they are offering, no wonder they are desperate.

 

As a person of size myself, can you tell me what the bmi limit is? I am also in the process of putting in applications, but don't want to waste time with a company that has bmi requirements that I can't meet.

there is a chart, just do a search for bmi, it should turn up

 

maybe he's too skinny? not likely, but possible. seriously, big man......if you're so voluptuous that you can't even get a job driving a truck, you might want to try a little harder. and you mentioned wanting to do flatbed.... oh lordy. I did that for several years - it is NOT for the physically unfit driver. one time I helped an ample driver secure his load. he couldn't even throw the straps. he was out of breath and leaning up against the trailer after a few attempts. and he still had to TARP IT!!! I couldn't do it all for him - I had to get on the road. I don't know how he made out.

 

Have you tried losing weight? If it's such an issue ????

 

I checked out the BMI chart and it is way off... The chart said I should be 20 pound lighter then My Doc said. That chart just goes by height and weight nothing about age..

 

Dont feel to bad Im in school a repeat because I tore my leg up Prime will Bus people from all over america esp low income areas.
Wile in school I went to there office insprinfield the recruiter didnt bother taking my name or anything out right gave me a no.
Because I have been unemployed to long but once Ive worked a year come back.
And I ask if anther company hires me why in hadys would I do that Prime sells trucks owe wait leases them and from what I hear yeah nice truck but your always broke.
BMI ya know what that sucks but I bet you can get it down than point to the spot that has the most fat on it wile you drive by there office.

 

Prime will test you for sleep apathy if you have a high bmi at your cost. Then if you do test positive you are required to purchase a machine for it. Its on there website I think. I dont think they just tell you no because your fat. I have seen some real big guys do amazing things as far as work and athletics go.
