    Hi, I've got a truck stranded in Chattanooga TN that I need to move to SLC. Are there companies that you can hire to do this sort of thing? Driver quit and I don't have anyone at the moment to drive it.

    What you are looking for is a "drive away" company. They specialize in moving vehicles around.
    I'd Google search for drive away with the city and see if something pops up.

    Thanks! It's all in using the right terms. I forgot that "drive away" applies to things besides motor homes.

    Truck Movers did this work for me, not cheap.

    It is cheaper to fly someone where it is and getting it back.

    Is this type of service a single driver can provide? I'm between jobs and live south of Nashville TN. I'm NOT interested in working for cash or ANYTHING shady. I have a current medical, time, and VERY familiar with the route. If the trucking company picks up all expenses/fuel, I am interested it doing it.
